| For more than twenty years Tommy Harrington has been a consultant, trainer and application developer on Microsoft’s Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word. Tommy B. Harrington is President of Tommy Harrington Enterprises Incorporated, a computer training and consulting company located in Greenville, NC. Tommy, a native of Currituck County, has been an instructor for the Computer Training Unit at NC State University since 1996. Since 1987 Tommy has presented seminars for all types of organizations and businesses from CPA organizations to "Fortune 500" corporations. Tommy holds the Microsoft Office User Specialist designation and has taught over 75,000 people to use Microsoft Office Software. Tommy has just received the 2006 Outstanding Professional Speaker of the Year Award presented by the NC Association of CPA’s. Before starting his company in 1989, Tommy served in the financial industry for over 20 years as CEO, Controller, and Chief Operations Officer.
